As the Summer Season starts to take off, there are five programs that will be extremely successful.
1. Nike Proskills 17U EYBL

Coaches: Earl Rooks, Chad Bowers and Larry Holman
Proskills is the most talented program in TX; they are lead by 5 Star 2020 PG Sarah Andrews and 5 Star 2020 C Hannah Gusters. With the addition of Myra Gordon it makes them more of a threat offensively.They have all the right pieces one in, 2020 Wing Avery Brittingham, a big wing that uses her body well ,can get buckets and boards at an elite level. Another key is 2020 Forward Adhel Tac and 2020 C Tommisha Lampkin, two dominant bigs who effect the game rebounding and blocking shots.Lastly Tamia Jones, Emani Jenkins, and Jordan Webster. Webster and Jenkins being perimeter threats with nice size and Jones a very skillful combo guard who knocks down catch and shoot 3's and has amazing on ball defense.

Hannah Gusters
"With my skillset and experience playing at a high level I feel like I bring A lot of Leadership and Dominance to this team"
Hannah is a dominant Big who finishes well ,has great hands and blocks everything around the rim.She is a very versatile post who has a chance to be pro.

Sarah Andrews
'' Me being the floor general I have to get everybody going and get my own buckets as well"
Andrews is High level PG with a Pro level IQ and plays in the flow of the game and creates for everyone, she is the definition of a true PG

Myra Gordan
"I feel like this team is the right fit for me and will prepare me best for college"
Gordan is a Big scoring guard who can deliver many different ways by posting up smaller guards, shooting stand still threes and taking defenders off the dribble. At 6' she can go get boards if needed and guard multiple positions
2. DFW Elite 17U EYBL

Coaches: Zoderick Green,Anthony Hosea and Helen Tot
DFW goes at everyone, they are the most competitive team in the TX.They are lead by 2020 4 Star PG Harmoni Turner and 3 Star Arkansas Native 2020 CG Elauna Eaton.With this being Eaton's first year with program she brings elite level scoring to the program and scores from all three levels. And with the addition of 2020 CG Laila Blair makes their backcourt extremely deadly, she brings elite level handle and has a High Basketball IQ which enables her to score in bunches , and dominate defensively. And the final the keys pieces for this team are 2020 PG Neaveah Tot ,2020 CG Telisha Brown and 2020 C Neaveah Parks.Tot being a scrappy guard who uses her speed to get by defenders and has great on ball defense.Brown Coming off an amazing season leading the nation in scoring avg almost 40 points,brings aggressive scoring and is an offensive threat for the team.Parks has a lot of upside she is a big body down low and with the right work the can be a turn into a monster in the paint.

Harmoni Turner
"I bring a lot of on court leadership to this team and I keep the team together"
Turner is a Athletic guard with elite level handles and Impacts the game on both ends of the floor and has a nice motor

Elauna Eaton
"I bring a lot of intensity and high level scoring to this program"
Eaton is pure scorer the Arkansas native has an amazing feel for the game, scores at all three levels and can take defenders of the dribble
Laila Blair on the Move Back To DFW

Laila Blair
"I feel Like I can Showcase my full game and play at the style I like on this team I want to be around people who like to compete"
Laila Is a shifty guard who can score buckets in bunches and fits right in with this team with the addition of her they will have a chance to compete at Nike Nationals
3) Texas U 17u UAA

Coach: Rich Anderson
Texas U is a very underrated team in the state but, they've proved they can play with the best of the best.They are lead by 2020 C TCU commit Aaliyah Morgan and 2020 CG New Orleans Native Jerkaila Jordan. Morgan is a 6'1 physical low post threat who can push the fast break at times.They have a nice backcourt in Iyana Dorsey and Nina Miller both guards have a high basketball IQ and can knock down shots and create for everyone.They have a very good long low post presence in 2021 Forward Logyn McNeil, McNeil now back from an injury has a lot to prove this summer and can help the team on the boards.They also Have two young perimeter threats in 2021 G Grace Abercrombie and 2021 G Trinity White.White is a knock down shooter from all spots around the court, while Abercrombie being a streaky shooter who can get hot in quick second.And lastly the glue piece of the team Jayla Brooks, Brooks brings all parts to the team she can score, defend ,and only at 5'7 she rebounds the ball very well.

Jerkaila Jordan
"I would say my game is smooth I like to stay comfortable and never get rattled, while adding a lot of defensive energy "
Jordan has a very all around game she gets to her spots and scores at all three levels she isn't scared of the big moment and goes at everyone, her recruitment should sky rocket this summer
Coach Rich Anderson On Where His Team Ranks In Texas

"I Definitely think we have one of the best teams in Texas and can compete with any team in the country."
4) Cy-Fair Elite EYBL

Cy-Fair is an extremely talented team that has a lot of size in every position, they are lead by 5 Star Forward Jordyn Merritt and 3 Star CG Jewel Spear.They have a scoring guard in 3 Star 2021 PG Kyndall Hunter. Hunter scores from all three levels she's an offensive threat every time she's on the floor.They also have a very athletic versatile forward in 5 Star Oklahoma Native Aaliyah Moore. Moore is a very agile forward who runs the floor and is very active on the board, and finishes in traffic very well.They have A very good defensive of presence in Texas Commit 2020 Forward Shay Holle. Holle plays well on both ends, she can run the floor extremely well and rebounds at an elite level, she brings a little of everything to the team.They have an Outside Presence in Alyssa Lafontaine and Deer Creek Star Skylar Vann.Lafontaine has good size and is a mismatch problem at times she can put the ball on the floor and knock down a pull up jumper if needed and Vann can knock down pull ups and can hit threes from all over and rarely misses free throws.And lastly they have young guard in 2021 Nyah Wilson, who can become a very special talent when she finds out the type of player she is.
Spear And Merritt On What They Bring To The Team

Jordyn Merritt
"I bring a lot of versatility I can fill any position and I work hard on both ends I'm a very good inside out player"
Merritt is a versatile forward who makes shots and is a very good shot blocker she has a nice touch around the rim and can guard multiple positions

Jewel Spear
"I Bring a lot of grit, energy and leadership I get my teammates involved and just let the game come to me I'm willing to do whatever it takes to help my team win I feel like we have a chance of being really special"
Spear is a very pose CG that makes the right plays and never forces anything and at times can go for 30 if needed she has a nice all-around that will take her along way
5) Lady Drive Nation EYBL 17U

Drive Nation is coached by no other than NBA veteran Jason Terry.They are lead by 2020 4 Star CG Deja Kelly,2020 Wing Asha Thompson, 2021 CG Jasmine Shavers and State Champion 2020 CG Zayla Tinner.After Myra Gordon's departure these four will have to pick up a load on the offensive end. Kelly being an offensive threat every time she touches the ball she has a nice handle and can score from all three levels, she's the teams go to player.They have an athletic wing in Thompson she has very nice size at 5'11 can score from all three levels and plays on both sides of the floor at an elite level.They have a nice size Guard in Jasmine Shavers, she brings big time scoring, being only a sophomore she is hard to guard and can be a match up problem.Tinner brings a defensive and winning mentality, she's a vocal leader on the floor and plays well on both ends of the floor.

Jasmine Shavers
"I bring a lot of energy and a defensive mentality to the team"
Shavers is a young prospect that can score at all three levels and can play multiple positions at 5'11 she causes a lot matchup problems

Asha Thompson
"I feel like I bring a lot of positive energy and with my effort both offensively and defensively I help my team be very successful"
Thompson is a nice size forward that uses her length very well and can get a lot of buckets when needed and can score from most areas on the court

Zayla Tinner
"I would say I bring Intensity and my teammates and I feed of each other I play leadership role on this team and my teammates make it very easy for me to lead them and we all have each others back and play for each other in order to win games"
Zayla is a All-Around player with a winning mentality she plays the right way both offensively and defensively she can shoot it and dish it of to a teammate while making the right plays every game
